Workshop Values Compass

Dr. Oetker is an international food company operating in over 40 countries with more than 16,000 employees worldwide. Dr. Oetker has been active in Switzerland since 1950. The headquarters are located in Obergösgen, Solothurn. In Switzerland, 34 people work for Dr. Oetker. The product range includes baking ingredients, baking mixes, decorating products, desserts, sweet meals and frozen pizzas and snacks.

Dr. Oetker Switzerland has introduced a values compass based on its purpose "Creating a taste of home". For the introduction of the values compass, Kommunikationsatelier designed a workshop for the employees with four stations in which the different values were conveyed theoretically and made experienceable in practice.
